Well okay if my savings account doesn’t have a separate account number and then I should never have incurred an overdraft fee because I had my savings balance in the account when I made the purchase which overdrafted my account. He then proceeds to tell me then I will only receive one account number beings as there’s only one account number my savings account does not have its own account number. So right before we end our call I asked to make sure if both account numbers were being sent at the same time. I was been told at that moment that they couldn’t that they sent a direct deposit slip, which of course I’ve already had because I’ve had this account for a year. I called customer service, asked for both account numbers to be emailed to my email on file, and then proceeded 2 ask about the numbers if they would be sent in the same email or different.

I searched the app as well as the website online and could not find my savings account number.

I was going to get one of my direct deposit routed to my savings account. I also notice that I have a balance in my savings account. So I noticed that I have a very large overdraft for my checking account.
